CMS Installation Guide

1. Acquire database details
	a. Database Name
	b. Database Username
	c. Database Password
	d. Database Server (usually localhost)
2. Put database details into includes/config.ssi.php
3. Setup CMS username / password and put that into config.ssi.php
4. Upload the entire CMS folder to the web server
5. Run the install.php file which will install the database tables
6. Once installation is completed, delete the install.php and install.sql files
7. Change permissions on the folders "docs, flvs, pictures, temp" so that they are writable
